What the download contains

Company datasets contain selected facts already visible on PureIR, bilingual labels, periods, currencies, units, value types and page-level source metadata. They do not contain full filings, complete WeChat articles, internal research or licensed market data.

Reuse

You may quote or transform PureIR’s selected factual records for verification, research and machine reading if you retain the original source URL, PDF page, period, unit and value-type labels, and identify PureIR as the compiler. Do not present a PureIR summary as the issuer’s own wording.

Underlying rights

Annual reports, announcements, company logos, portraits and other source materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their issuers, exchanges and respective owners. This policy does not grant rights over those source documents or assets.

No warranty or investment advice

PureIR aims to preserve disclosure context and source traceability but does not warrant that a dataset is complete, current for every later filing or suitable for a particular purpose. Public data are informational and not investment advice.
