Controller and scope
PureIR, an independent project publisher, determines the purposes of website analytics and aggregate company-exposure reporting and is the controller for those activities. PureIR does not operate investor accounts, collect account passwords or sell personal data. A dedicated public privacy inbox has not yet been introduced; until then, privacy requests should use the existing direct contact channel with the project publisher.
Audience measurement
PureIR uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, company-profile views, reading depth, language switching, structured-data downloads and formal-source clicks. The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied. Before consent it can send cookieless measurement pings; analytics cookies are created only after you accept analytics.
Your choice
Your “accept analytics” or “necessary only” choice is stored locally in your browser. You can reopen Analytics settings from the footer at any time. Choosing necessary only does not restrict any page or public dataset.
Server logs and crawler reporting
The web server records ordinary request logs for security, reliability and aggregate exposure reporting. PureIR’s crawler reports classify self-declared user agents and aggregate requests by crawler, date, path and company; raw IP addresses are not included in those reports. User-agent labels can be missing or spoofed, so crawler counts are directional rather than verified unique agents.
Third parties and external links
Analytics data is processed through Google Analytics and may be exported to PureIR’s access-controlled BigQuery project for aggregate company-exposure reporting. Google and its infrastructure may process data outside the visitor’s jurisdiction. Pages also link to HKEX, company websites and market-data providers; their own privacy policies apply after you leave PureIR.
Retention and aggregate reporting
User-level analytics retention follows the configured GA4 property setting; PureIR will publish a fixed period before offering commercial client reporting. Access to analytics and BigQuery is restricted. De-identified aggregate reports may be retained longer to compare disclosure campaigns over time. Raw server logs are subject to hosting-system rotation and are not delivered to company clients.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, a visitor may ask about PureIR’s processing, request access or deletion where data can reasonably be identified, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw analytics consent through the footer settings. Because PureIR does not ask visitors to sign in, it may be unable to connect an aggregate or cookieless event to a particular person.
Game On: anonymous scores
When you choose to save a game, PureIR assigns this browser a random identifier in an essential, HttpOnly cookie. We store your chosen nickname, company, game version, start time, active play time, score, reading progress and validation status for up to one year. An identifier is not a verified person: names may repeat and another browser cannot recover your history.
Only if you select public ranking will your nickname and best valid score, time and completion status be displayed. Practice mode does not send results to the score service. Game identities and nicknames are not sent to Google Analytics. Abuse checks use temporary, hashed network identifiers in memory; detailed score evidence is retained for 30 days. Ordinary web-server logs follow the policy above.
Delete your identity and scores from My recent games on the game page. Removed records disappear from the live service; access-restricted rotating backups expire within seven days. The WeChat contact is an external service and your WeChat details are not collected by this game.
Information boundary
